Refund Policy

According to article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, the buyer will have 14 days, after receipt of the order, to request the return or refund of his order. In the event of a total refund of the order, ALTORE GARMENTS undertakes to refund the amount of the order as well as the transport costs within a period of less than 14 days after receipt of the said order.
